Azerbaijan (Commerce Desk): The investment returns of Azerbaijan’s Compulsory Insurance Bureau (CIB) Sustainable Financing and Guarantee Fund exceeded expected targets, said Khanum Jamalova, Head of CIB’s Business Development Department.
According to her, the projected income was 5.9 million manat, while the actual profit from the portfolio reached 6.5 million manat.
Jamalova explained that this improvement was made possible through reforms in the investment policy, enhancements in the subrogation mechanism, and the implementation of modern financial and risk management systems.
