Turkey, Islamic Powers Condemn Israel’s Illegal Actions

Turkey (Turkiya News): Turkey and major Islamic nations have strongly condemned Israel’s illegal moves to expand its authority in the West Bank, warning that such actions could severely undermine regional peace and stability, especially as efforts to implement the second phase of the Gaza peace agreement continue.

In a joint statement, the foreign ministers of Turkey, Egypt, Jordan, Indonesia, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates declared that Israel’s decisions are illegal. The statement said the aim is to establish Israeli dominance in the occupied West Bank, strengthen settlements, and impose a new legal and administrative framework.

The statement emphasized that Israel has no sovereignty over the occupied Palestinian territories, and its policies are increasing violence and conflict in the region. All actions were described as blatant violations of international law, undermining the two-state solution and attacking the Palestinians’ right to self-determination.

The foreign ministers stressed that Israel’s actions are harming ongoing efforts for peace and stability in the region and constitute a clear violation of United Nations Security Council resolutions, holding no legal validity.
