Baku (Turkiye News) Latvian President Edgars Rinkēvičs, while addressing the Azerbaijan-Latvia Business Forum in Baku, described his visit to the “White City” project as highly impressive.
According to international news agencies, he said that he was truly inspired to see how polluted areas had been transformed into a modern and beautiful urban space through advanced city planning.
The Latvian President noted that he was informed the project began less than 15 years ago, during which not only environmentally friendly measures were implemented but also a modern and developed urban infrastructure was established.
He described this development as a clear example of Azerbaijan’s capability and development vision, saying that the project represents one of the best models of 21st-century urban transformation.
