Istanbul (Turkey News) The international defense and aerospace exhibition SAHA 2026 will be held from May 5 to May 9, 2026, with the aim of introducing domestically developed technology to the global stage.
According to Haluk Görgün, Secretary of Türkiye’s defense industry, SAHA Istanbul Defense and Aerospace Cluster has shown significant progress and activity in the sector, and this platform provides local manufacturers an opportunity to gain international recognition.
He said that the exhibition will be held under the auspices of the Presidency of Türkiye and will serve as an important means of presenting the country’s defense, aerospace, and space vision to the world. According to him, this initiative will help advance national technology toward self-sufficiency in line with President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s development vision.
During the exhibition, more than 1,700 organizations and representatives from over 140 countries will participate, while various defense and technological systems will be displayed over a large area.
The event will also include advanced experimental zones where participants will witness live demonstrations of modern warfare technologies, including unmanned aerial and ground systems. Experts say the exhibition will serve as an important global platform for understanding modern trends in the defense industry and future technologies.
