As the scheduled time ended, restrictions on kite flying were reinstated, and the city’s skies gradually fell silent, with music and illuminated rooftops dimming.
On the final day of the government-supervised festival, citizens released candles into the air, sending a message of peace, love, brotherhood, and hope. The event saw a large turnout, with the atmosphere adorned by colorful and enchanting scenes.
