Islamabad (Turkiya News): The FIA has completed the legal process for the challan in the foreign funding case against PTI founder and others. Special Prosecutor Waseeq Malik appeared in Judge Abdul Ghafoor Kakr’s court at the Islamabad Banking Court.
Prosecutor Waseeq Malik informed the court that the challan would be formally submitted within a few days, and after hearings in the Karachi direction cases, the court would proceed with further action on the case.
At the prosecutor’s request, the court adjourned the hearing of the PTI foreign funding case until February 20.
