Islamabad (Turkey Khabar) To promote peace in the Middle East, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif arrived in Saudi Arabia along with a high-level delegation, where he held an important meeting with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on the current regional situation, tensions in the Middle East, bilateral relations, and the promotion of investment, while both sides reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar was also present on the occasion. The Saudi Crown Prince warmly welcomed the Prime Minister and appreciated Pakistan’s efforts for the establishment of peace at the global level. According to sources, the Prime Minister expressed complete solidarity with Saudi Arabia in the context of recent regional tensions and praised the patience and restraint shown under the Crown Prince’s leadership, while also briefing him on the progress of Pakistan’s ongoing peace efforts.
The Saudi Crown Prince commended the constructive role of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, describing their efforts for establishing peace in the region as commendable. The Prime Minister thanked Saudi Arabia for its support in improving Pakistan’s economy and reiterated the resolve to further strengthen the historic and brotherly relations between the two countries for future generations.
According to sources, after his visit to Saudi Arabia, the Prime Minister will also visit Qatar and Turkey, where important meetings are expected.
